If it is an environmental graphic commission, I would conduct a site visit with the client to understand the opportunities and constraints
Undertake research to understand the brand, the quality of space
Develop overarching themes

Develop initial themes and ideas:
Based on research and a thorough understanding of brand/space/brief, quickly develop a range of themes and concepts for discussion and selection.
3. Develop
Develop ideas to a greater level of detail:
Working up ideas to scale
Putting together an idea of the cost with an awareness of the budget
4. Final Product
Prepare and finalise the artwork files for production
Visit the suppliers and review production and fabrication
Point of contact on-site to monitor installation
