The Florrie

Youth Zone

This project was part of the refurbishment of the Florence Institute’s underutilised basement, transforming the space into a dedicated youth zone, complete with a games area and cinema. I was commissioned by the charity to work alongside local architects, Unit3 who had lead the remodelling of the area. The scope of graphic design work that I undertook included environmental graphics, wayfinding & signage as well as feature artwork. A new ‘heritage wall’ tells the story of the Florence Institute over 130 years as the community hub of Liverpool 8.
